Sponsorship Opportunities
Piedmont Oktoberfest is the largest annual fundraiser for the Piedmont Boosters Club. Founded in 1978, Boosters supports athletics at Piedmont High and Piedmont Middle Schools. Over 80% of PHS students participate in athletics across 48 teams in 17 sports. Boosters helps fund what the district budget doesn't: coaches, uniforms, equipment, facilities, sports safety, and the full-time athletic director position.
Sponsorship puts your business in front of that community at Oktoberfest and throughout the season.
2026-27 Sponsorship Levels
Highlander MVP · $10,000
Featured on all event correspondence, marketing materials, signage, and social media. Full-page ad in the football and basketball programs, two large season banners at Witter Field, and game-day shout-outs. Plus VIP event parking and 8 all-inclusive Oktoberfest passes.
Hall of Fame · $7,500
Featured on all event correspondence, marketing materials, signage, and social media. Half-page program ad, two large season banners at Witter Field, and game-day shout-outs. Plus VIP event parking and 6 all-inclusive Oktoberfest passes.
All-Star · $5,000
Featured in event marketing materials, signage, and social media. Quarter-page program ad, two mid-size season banners at Witter Field, and game-day shout-outs. Plus VIP event parking and 4 all-inclusive Oktoberfest passes.
Fan Club · $2,500
Featured on event signage and social media, with a quarter-page ad in the football and basketball printed programs. Plus 2 all-inclusive Oktoberfest passes.
Supporter · $1,000
Featured on event signage and social media, with a warm thank-you from the Highlander community. Plus 1 all-inclusive Oktoberfest pass.
